I had a bit left from a gift card, so figured what the hey. I suppose you do and you don’t ‘win’ it. You have the main, originally planned story, with other possible endings you can run into if you don’t pick the correct options to continue the intended story. It gives you the option to return to the last selection if you choose one that leads to one of those other endings. And I agree about their Cheshire Cat!
