He is. I was a split second from calling 911 when the guy's friend told me that he was alright, it has happened before and that the guy would come to very soon. He did, as soon as he was done talking. Started telling me tgat he was fine and that it was just a reaction to whenever he gets dizzy, which I thought was strange, but whatever. We got him some napkins for his bloody nose, and other than that it was all fine. The thing that baffled me most was why no one but his friend and I stopped what they were doing to help him.

This is a huge deal in psychology—people just don't care about others for the most part. If they do, it's probably because other people do and they're taking social cues.
