[@SkinnyTy] A couple summaries were made for Sickle, which I have placed below. That said, you don't necessarily need to know all the details to jump in.
[@Sickle-cell] Alright, here's the important bits: The Jacks completed a mission, losing several members for various reasons, and getting replacements. They're currently on mission two, stealing some mysteries crates from a train yard warehouse. The Wards completed a mission, losing their leader and having another quit and disappear. They got their replacements, and have been training and schooling since. They're heading out on their next mission: the exact same place as the Jacks. Combat will ensue. The Minutemen have been all over the place with only one real mission. They're currently deciding on what to do with the rest missions given to them at the moment. Lethal Force has been out getting info on the Community... Which has just bit them in the ass, resulting in a new Cape with unknown power and the Community actively attacking them. The Community itself is in the middle of a bit rally, showcasing several big power Capes and the powers of their leader, Patriarch. And that's the most important stuff lately. If you'd like more details, I'm sure someone will happily oblige.

[@Sickle-cell] *deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaath*
Wards - Sonar (NPC leader), Messiah, Margrave, Epsilon and Martyr called to Protectorate base. Started out by getting new member Tulpa. Was having friendly chatter until suddenly emergency, villain had been taken hostages. Eyeblight of the Community, power to make himself a scarecrow, fought them in the sewers. Margrave turned his bombs into toys, though, and they beat him. However, at the final hour, other Community members arrived and Xolotl smashed Sonar's helmet. Sonar's helmet was built by Hero, legendary tinker, unfortunately deceased, and he needed it to live. They thought they lost him, but some development made Epsilon believe they can fix him, so he at least can live a normal life. Martyr appointed new leader, but he left a note and left because couldn't handle the pressure (player left), Messiah new leader. The heroes had a practice session with them where Protean made them answer riddles and the last one was to be attacked by the hero. They failed the test because they didn't come to save their comrade by the end. TIMESKIP! Now, new member. Tiger Lily joined. Friendly chatter. They got devices from Decoy which enabled them to create decoy illusions of themselves to fool enemies. Now heading to take Community Shipment that should be unprotected due to Community Rally.
Jacks - Headhunter, Sofia, Chatterbox and Lovecraft called by mysterious guy called Broker to do jobs for him. He brought in some guy that was their first target (was he an ice-man?) and then he was beaten and huh. Then, they were to meet up with fifth member Arsenal and conduct a raid against a convoy going with Gamble towards prison. Gamble's power makes it so that, the more unlikely what he wants to do is, the more likely he succeeds. So obviously, they succeed in saving him, despite Captain Morales and Noble both being there. Broker got Gamble. Love Craft was captured, though. (player left). Then Arsenal vanished into thin air. (player left) TIMESKIP! Heartless and Thunderbolt join the ranks. Now they're going to go take a Community Shipment that should be unprotected due to Community Rally.
Minutemen - Originally comprised of G4MER, Artificer and Kyoshi as the newest member. First to note. Sonika, russian mobster villain, had lost a shipment of a Stranger, Cassidy Hendricks. She was rescued when she was out on the streets by another Stranger, Macavity, and came to a realization of how she wanted to live her life. But, her player's gone, so that doesn't really matter. What does matter is that Sonika flew to find her, ended up in a battle with local NPC hero Furnace, and the Minutemen saw this and went to the scene. The scene attracted Celia Clark and Outsider, too. Sonika was eventually made to leave after having failed to use Celia as a hostage, then the Minutemen were there and recruited Outsider (and would have recruited Celia, but player left). Then they were called by Wisp's sister, Speedrunner, to save her sister, and went and attacked a Rocker base, but other than goons they found it empty. It was slightly disappointing. But they still took credit for it and were endorsed by Furnace. TIMESKIP! (oh, and G4MER and Artificer's players left.) They're more famous now, and are being asked by a woman to... save her father... I think it was... I mean, I read it, but I don't really remember... Some Minutemen help me out here, please? Oh, and Swarm showed up after his failure at the Rockers house (see Wisp's story) and wanting them to bash up the Rocker's leadership so he can take over in the power-vacuum.
Lethal Force - Their members all had different independent experiences first, I believe. Zach had a battle that had him team up with Arsenal to fight Necro, but then Zach got captured in containment foam, or something. Sparce and Farse had... some kind of adventure I don't remember a lot of but they did, it involved Retcon. Regardless, they all decided they were to create a new team which would eliminate villains rather than just capture them. Their first target was Necro (who's player left), whom they successfully killed. I believe it was. TIMESKIP! They've been hunting Community members, and whops, they drew their ire. Troll (not preferred name) contacted them through a screen with female hostage, using her power to get on their nerves. This caused Zach to break the TV. Limbo appeared and was like "oh, you got her mad" and then Sparce and Farse could find their apartment broken. Troll intended to kill the woman, but she triggered, woah. Now she has another plan. And... um... not sure if there have been any developments past that. String Theory looks like she'll be joining. No, not canon String Theory, our String Theory.
Overlook - He was trapped in a hole scouting on the Protectorate through his drone. He was, obviously, seen because using a drone to find out the identities of Wards would be terrible. I think he spoke to one of them briefly? Anyway. Decoy tracked him down, and Overlook said he was interested in leaving his bunker and becoming proper hero, or something. So they sent a team and brought him in and TIMESKIP! he's now a proper hero, though people doubt what he'll be capable of. Yeah.
Wisp - She's a Stranger Rogue who's stealing for her sister, Speedrunner, to stay alive. Suddenly, Rockers come beating down on her door. She makes them leave, but makes a deal that she'll come to see them to talk about potential recruitment to do it. Now, Wisp would never want to join a villain team, but she sees the opportunity to perhaps work from the other side, to trust her ability to do good even when used by the bad ones. Speedrunner fears she'll be captured, and such calls Minutemen on the Rockers to save Wisp. But, they get there too late. Wisp meets with Shatterpoint of the Rockers, and while making it clear she won't do villainous things, agrees to do scouting and perhaps even fighting other villains for them. Then Swarm comes in and tries to take over the Rockers. Wisp manages to sneak behind him (Stranger) and destabilize him for long enough for Shatterpoint to take him out. That said, now Minutemen are attacking, so both Wisp and Shatterpoint hightail. Now, she wouldn't want her villainous activities to be associated with who she is, who is Wisp, so she takes a new name. Creep. TIMESKIP! Creep is tasked to do minor thefts and scouting for the Rockers. Fine. Then, she's now sent to the Community Rally, to check what it's all about. She heads there and finds out their leader, the Patriarch, has the power to make anyone he touches basically instantly brainwashed, it seems like, and has obtained Sonika for his family. He wants to make the entire city his family. He also warns that the Rockers have obtained a Stranger, being Creep, of course. She has no idea how they learned. But, nobody at the rally seemed to see her. With that, Creep now hurries back to tell Shatterpoint, and intends to inform the Protectorate of her findings as well.
I THINK THAT'S EVERYTHING. If I got anything wrong, people are free to correct me. And I forgot some details. Hah.
Edit: Od course Eklispe ninja'd me. Why wouldn't he? :P
