Whatever works for you [@Peaceless].  I said you could remain a gnome if you were dead set on it. Either way..  I just didn't want this to resemble a LOTR type environment with all sorts of races running around.  Either way it is up to you.. I'd prefer them to be all human, but I can overlook it if need be.  

One thing I would maybe change would be the Firearms skillset. There is a -2 modifier for flintlocks that is to be rolled by everyone who uses them, sort of a standard thing. Also when using a flintlock everyone rolls a standard d10 just like an attack roll so I'm not entirely sure that you'd benefit from having it anyway. 

   However I do like the idea of a such a place where little people dwell. Pygmies..
