She's a vocal caster with no enhanced physical abilities. While she has potential for great power, she stands no chance. 

The fastest I can say those powerful spells is like, 30 seconds, which is more than enough time for any mid tier character to close the gap and knock her block off.

A couple unbalanced spells doesn't make a character OP, it makes them broken.
