I'm sorry, but that just seems far too unlikely. A nurse and receptionist are two completely different and busy jobs. I can't see how a person would be able to commit to those both unless they were extremely neglectful in their duties. Also, you could have told me of this decision several days ago when I first pointed out your mistake.
