Ah amazing! I just re-read over the exchanges between Fenton and Michel, lets say Fenton got called away to work an urgent case back in Neo-City and a few months down the line, Michel was hired to consult on something aqua/marine related and accidentally ends up back in Fenton's company after all that time.
