[@Lovejoy] She definitely cares.  Has ever since she figured out he was genuine.  He still annoys her, though, and she wishes she didn't care.  He can probably tell she cares -- I mean, he's seen a lot of her with Rodion, so he has a far better idea what kinds of things show as her caring.  Including just voluntarily choosing to be in the same room when she doesn't have to be, or having any interest at all in how he's doing.  He doesn't get the degree of closeness that Rodion does, of course, but he gets more than just about anyone else in Warband Phoenix.  Unless you count that weird friend-rival thing she and Stina have going on?  But they want to be fighting in most cases, and Ragnar does not.  He still baffles her and there's times she just wants to fling him across the yard and be done with it.  It'd certainly be easier.  But she cares.
