When two forces collide, the people around them suffer. As these two forces grow, their hazard extends from just people to the entire plane. And when these forces eventually grow so powerful that several planes are required to contain them; the entire universe is at stake. The last two forces to achieve this level of power destroyed one another, thus ending their threat. Currently, no power of such scale is known to exist, but interplanar research has revealed a worrying truth. Both of the unnamed forces had already prepared for the possibility of their demise and appointed a successor. These successors have begun amassing power, thus the interplanar researchers called for an emergency response team. But even then, the question remains; Will this emergency response force be able to survive and complete the task set out for them?
Greetings once more, or perhaps for a first time. I have a great number of things planned for this roleplay--and probably an equal number left unplanned. Before we get in on any of that, though, we should probably get a few things out of the way. I doubt there is any need for me to tell you to be respectful and to play nice, so I won't. Of course, I'll still expect you to. More importantly, something I'm only worried about since I've seen it happen too often; leave room for your opponent to write a defensive action. In my experience it makes a game more enjoyable. Next up; teams. It's pretty safe to assume you can join the response force. You may have guessed it, or maybe not; you're just as free to join any force's successor when you get the opportunity. The next topic is me! I'll be in charge of most things clearly. I'll play a character of my own, the bad guys, basically everyone and their mother... when it comes to the plot. I may occasionally leave a response describing the environment and how it may or may not react to something, and as prrviously mentioned anyone plot-important. You're allowed to control NPCs, so long as it doesn't include them joining your party, hindering other players or granting important information. Now finally... the character sheet! Mandatory parts are marked with an asterisk like so; (*)
(Character Image (*)) Name: (*) Age: Race: (*) (Any race from MtG is allowed, and the chosen race will affect gameplay. Centaurs will struggle in water and climbing, Avens will be able to soar through the sky, and merfolks may suffer from dehydration more easily, etc.) Magic Colors: (*) Primary: (*) Secondary: Etc. Signature Spells: (Your character’s most common spells, may list actual cards, but a name and description of the effect will also do in case you don't know magic very well. Maximum of 3.) Personality: (Your character’s perceived personality.) History: (*) (History, backstory, what was your character up to until they get involved with this story?)
