Griffin limped down the street. No one paid him any attention. He stuck to the shadows as much as he could. Eventually he made it to downtown. He had no money so a ticket out of town was out of the question. While he didn't like the idea of stealing he saw no other choice. It would take to long to get out of the city by foot. He had to reach the city limits by dark or he might never make it out of town. He waited until he found a house that looked like the owners were well enough off to replace the bike but didn't have cameras. He hot wired the car. It was a skill he had picked up from his father's men without them knowing he was watching them. Luckily it was as easy as he thought it would be. But then again he had always been good with his hands. He stuck to the alleys and backroads. Unfortunately he didn't know the city well and it took longer than he would have liked but eventually he reached the city limits sign. He breathed a sigh of relief. But he had no intention of stopping until he needed gas or grew to tired to drive safely.
