[@Tybalt Capulet] Welcome to Hell. I've only tried the NaNo project once, but the way I made it to the end is by setting a personal goal lower than the recommended 50k words. At 34k words, writing ~1100 a day, I could keep up a beautiful month-long progress chart and feel like I accomplished something without having technically beaten the challenge. This time I'm aiming for the full 50k, but the confidence you'll gain from getting a set number of words down every day for a month is amazing no matter what your goal.
