I really like your character! When you put down her powers for her human form, do you mind toning her powers down a bit? Sorry if I wasn't too clear, but I imagined their human forms being weaker than their true forms (Probably a lot weaker in your case, since the longer they remain on Earth, the weaker they grow. Perhaps she can't summon her Angerlings/Ragelings in that form?), hence why they can only take their human and animal forms on Earth. Their true forms are harder to manifest on Earth. 

Once you revise your power section for human/animal form then you can move it to the CS tab. Thank you!
