[@RyuShura] Class Level and a Character's Rank aren't interconnected; in terms of progression. Level is increased through various activities; I'll be letting people know when they've earned a Level and the benefits that will bestow. It'll mostly be situational. I'm setting everyone at a baseline of Level 1, just for the sake of 'balance' within the thread. Rank is increased through Ranked Fights. A Character's Rank can be, at the beginning, up to [b]D+[/b], assuming that it makes sense for them. They are, after all, still in high school. The scale is a simple [b]SSS[/b] - [b]E[/b] with +'s and -'s.
