Hooray! Silent Judgement, the best kind of Judgement!

My Idea was along the lines of a very martially focused clan culture with lots of more disciplined tactics and army and group focused rather than individual focused. With Extra elected dictatorship for Life![sub]'for Life' may be short given a large portion of life must be spent in military service to be eligible.[/sub] 

Very necessary as well as I wish them to be somewhere relatively dangerous preferably on the lower levels. In addition to a fortification focused tactical doctrine.
