[i] Great question!
I would assume the line of a home doctor.
You'd go around to apartments for smaller things (vaccines, cuts, prescriptions etc)
Then for larger things they'd be helicoptered out to the nearest place.
HOWEVER, the floor or the nearest dining room table might have to do for your spontaneous emergencies during the 30 days
