Also just had another thought. I guess the ideas keep coming to me right now :)

I was thinking, that once we get to the Rebellion. One of the surviving NPC's could at some point betray the group, leading to a death of another NPC that our group of main districts grew close to. So there'd be some in-fighting among them...again...outside of the Arena.

Maybe the NPC was always, working for the other side. But just got rescued with them...to be close to them. To keep an eye on them ect...let me know what you think :)
