[b]Rep. Walker(NE -R )[/b] (continued...) The very idea- the new condition of the American Night population-creates an unsafe environment for others already demands a new era in American segregation.  It is directly in opposition to equality and freedom. Inalienable American rights! Further more, allowing a company to have THIS much influence over the population not only steals from what is privately owned by my constituents, but it's creation also weakens the influence of local governments and businesses, partially those owned by the  previously unhindered day population. The tragedies of these individual events, i do not believe, can be approached under any umbrella. Forcing a nation wide bill of this gravity, the people of my great state will not stand for.
