A new voice replaced the horrible screeching coming from the speaker, and She-Wolf's shoulders visibly relaxed as her ears were no longer being assaulted. Though this was suspicious, and her instinct made the hairs on the back of her neck rise with nervous distrust. Had she been in her wolf form, her hackles would have risen. Of course, there was no hero who could save everyone––but that didn't make the loss of life any less sad. She only allowed herself a moment with this thought; it could wait. Her growling voice sounded harsher than before, however, when she demanded of the disembodied voice coming from the speaker, "Tell us everything you know."
