But then, one day, an IceWing found their hiding place. He charged in and killed both Voidtamer and Peregrine. He saw Bloodmoon, but she has no idea why he didn't kill her too. He just flew away, leaving her to mourn her parents. She gets the feeling it is her fault they are dead, and she will never forgive the IceWings.
