The man presented him with two options, both of which sounded terrible. He was preparing to speak when a woman came out of no where. Aaron did not see her approach, nor did he hear her, so when she spoke it surprised him. Unlike the man, her statement was quick and to the point. She gave him three seconds to make a decision. "You people are delusional if you think I'm going to just disarm myself in the middle of this group. But I'll compromise. I'm reasonable.", he said as he got to his feet. While Aaron stood up, his rifle was still trained, but once he was to his feet, he lowered it. "I think we may have got off on the wrong foot", Aaron spoke mainly to the man but he also acknowledged the woman. The man seemed more level-headed than the woman. She seemed stressed out and judging by her tone, Aaron figured that she would be the type to make a rash decision. But he was in a situation where he would need to deal with her to a degree, but for now he was addressing the man. Aaron brushed some mud from his shoulder as he slung the rifle over it. "I have a sidearm on my hip" he said, "Don't want to surprise you guys", he laughed for a second, trying to ease the tension. "If you're wondering what I took, nothing. Didn't uhh... have enough time. You know, the horn" Aaron spoke casually with them, trying to bring down the level of tension. "I usually don't resort to stealing but life hasn't been too good to me lately... or anyone else really." Aaron shrugged and then slowly started backing towards the truck so that he could keep an eye on the two. "Name's Aaron by the way."
