I'll enact upon the vote within the next 24 hours (So I'll post again - shoot me for double posting). Majority wins, as per the usual. 

I'm switching up the turn-base a little bit, perhaps to provide us with more speed and action. Instead of each of our turn post representing 20-30 seconds worth, I'm thinking of switching to about 2-3 minutes worth. Everyone will be able to get much more time to do more (at least 3-4 Actions rather than 1-2, certainly many more normal attacks and Spells, etc) and we'll progress faster.
