He knew that occasionally the surgical mask could get in the way of his speaking, so he took a step back to reassure her she wouldn't catch any fabricated sickness. After all the surgical mask was for his weak immune system not to contain some virus. He pulled it down below his chin. "Oh Its you," he stated, the hints of a smile forming on his lips. "This school seems to be filled with unobservant people. Believe me. I was one of them just a few moments ago. Teach is about to start, we should probably get in place." He fixed his surgical mask back over his mouth and walked away from Hikari to a space closer to the winged-girl and the prankster. His mask hid the slight blush on his cheeks. She really does give off that little sister vibe perfectly... Hmp, these girls are going to be the death of me. * * * MHA * * * After signing his name for the high jump, Yusuke prepared himself mentally. He entered the area, pushed all his psionic energy to his feet, and launched himself impressively high. So high in fact, that he had notably flew above the tallest person in class at the moment: Koharu. He landed with gentle footfalls and a calming exhale. Going back to the podium, he looked at the results. 21 Meters Couldn't beat my record. That sucks. He rubbed his neck, easing the slight sting. Should've used more force. The twenty-meter dash was his highest hurdle. He had contemplated simply sitting it out, leaving his score a besmirching incomplete. But his pride wouldn't let him. He was Yusuke Natsume, boy psychic and heir to the Natsume fortune. At the very least he had to try. By the end of it, his heart felt as if it was going to burst. Without his Quirk to aid his physical needs, that sprint had overclocked his weak organs. He laid on the ground as soon as he was done and shrouded himself in that prismatic skin. He was in too much pain to even hide it, so he ended up as one big light show, an array of scintillating hues as he fought through his agony. The aching of his bones, the deafening pounding of his chest. It was frustrating that that was the norm for him. His score was piss-poor at 3 minutes 47 seconds. He had spent fifteen more minutes than that regulating himself back to normal. Yusuke's irritation descended to vexation as he approached the shot put test. He gripped it in his hands so hard that the curves of his fingers had cut through the material. Behind his throw was as much psionic energy he could muster. It flew out with a harsh backlash of air pressure and landed with an echoing thud somewhere out of sight. He strode pass the podium, sparing it a glance. 809 meters Much better, he told himself, gripping his aching wrist. He gritted his teeth, barring back his pained expression. Yusuke was totally focused on the remainer of his exam. He had one more to go and he would pass it without leaving a chance for anyone to show him up. At the starting line, he fell into standard position, raised his hip up, increased his psionic output then... simply blurred. He reached the finish line with an unseen confidence, crossing the line with his hands tucked comfortably in his pockets. As he walked back to the podium, he pulled down his surgical mask and smiled. 6 seconds It looked like the rest were already done with their exams.
