Detroit PD NPCs are done.

Not all backstories are revealed.
Not all inventories/augs are revealed.
Not all sections meet PC CS's standards.

They will over time as players interact and learn their backstories and develop relationships, as they are key characters they will flesh out over time.

Unless they die of course :(.
