Figured she needed something to use as a ranged attack, considering how close-up I made her into.

I could just make it so Ringo the ringblade does the electric shock thing, so if she wanted to zap anyone without the ringblade, she'd have to actually touch them to form a circuit.

How's that?

Actually, now that I think about it, class skills should be something specific about her isn't it? So that could mean fighting prowess was something she learned, not an inborn ability like the other 3.
