[@Migyudon] You can use magnetism as a really versatile ranged attack, all you gotta do is make it stronger so you can throw stuff that'll actually deal damage. You could even make an improvised rail-gun if you already have magnetism, just get 2 metal tubes and something else metal that'll fit in between, and it'll make a pretty damn good ranged attack.

You could even limit the better ranged attack stuff to when you use your tablet skill, if you have to.
