[b]1)[/b] Your fist Pokemon can be any tier 4 Pokemon that's type is covered by your location. You do not need GM approval to catch Pokemon. [u]First,[/u] go to the [b]0th IC post[/b] and click on the location where your trainer is located; that will take you to the location's IC posting so you can see Pokemon types found there. [b]Second,[/b] make sure you have read and understood, two important hiders within the manual that is found in the [b]0th OOC post[/b]: [list]

[b]2)[/b] I am very hands off within the IC section. All NPCs are shared by the players. You control your staff interactions at Poke Marts/Centers; you control the wild Pokemon; you control by-standards on the street; you control the bad guys. The only thing you CANNOT do is speak for another user controlled character. Within the IC section, I am just another user that plays by the rules.
