Meaning, he sees and hears faster than other people while speeding - which lends to his speech. It'll be nigh impossible for Peter to communicate while speeding. Everything will be slow gibberish to him, and everything else will be far too fast for him to possibly hear. Other bodily functions will also speed up like his bloodflow/heart rate, and if he isn't careful, he may have a heart attack. In addition, he'll build up friction from moving, and eventually his body heat will go through the roof from all the movement.[/quote]
