Could I suggest a new special building type - Tuition Center? Sure, we can do something like that. How about we call it "Tutor Center". Location owners can pick up to 5 moves per "Tutor Center" We'll use the same pricing/ranking as TMs. (greater than 19 base PP = 10 TP "Beginner" / 10-19 base PP = 20 TP "Skilled" / less than 10 base PP = 40 TP "Expert")

How does that sound? I won't put them in the "Item Registry" or anywhere else, each location will have it's own list, in the "Tutor Center" hider.
