[@NecroKnight] Maybe go after the Fleetfoot Fergus bounty? I don't think anyone is pursuing that one at the moment, or you can join in on the others taking on the 200 crowns contract. Either way you'll want your character to go to the Town Hall to talk with the city guard about those bounties. That should be a good start.
