We'll say it's dependant on the age and size of the ogre. The older the ogre, the larger and more difficult it becomes to kill. Infants are born bigger than most human children, and will surpass a full grown human in size before It's first birthday. It's all circumstantial, though maneuverability is key in being able to kill them.
