Intresting idea! We need to adapt it a little bit through! Problem with Clickers is, that no rat can understand, nor tame them! Their mind is alien to Ratkind.
As such, Herding them, is only possible in less of an "Livestock" way, and more of a "keeping them locked up, and butcher them for food". Still, they could have learned from them, yet only indirectly and over proxy, by following their paths and ways.
