Only important details I have to share in this announcement is that I will be handling the handing out of truth bullets a bit differently. only that I'll be giving truth bullets to people who ask for them. This way people who are short on time don't have to worry about finding a clue. But hold off on showering me with PMs for now. I'm also going to give everyone a few days to write a response to what happened before Monokuma shows up with the ol' Monokuma file #2.
