So the normal, courteous, and appropriate way.

This whole idea is basically “oh, you’re the wrong gender, even if your writing style is what I’m looking for, but bye”. It’s unacceptably discriminative, sexist, and just [i]awful[/i]. Looking for compatibility with style, tone, and other aspects if acceptably discriminative – sex and gender are not. Discriminating based on sex and gender will not be okay. I mentioned a joke earlier how I only write with “male Hispanics from Guatemala” to make a point.
