[@RoflsMazoy] Yeah there are some Passive Skills that mention being skilled with a particular weapon or having gone through combat training. I don't see how those are going to be 'silenced'. I may edit the ability to only halt Active Skills.

I was thinking the way the ability would work IC is that when succesfully used, the Enlil Network interface begins to flash rapidly like a siren, with like an 8-bit portrait of a grinning Piper blocking out the screens that display Active Skills, Inventory and Communications.
