[@Leslie Hall] Well, if you're going to limit it like that you should also probably have it disrupt any actives currently active as well to still give it some more punch. Still though, disabling passives can work if we want it to, it'll probably be fine. You should definitely go further in the FX department though. Maybe you should make the Piper model wink at the affected target before 8-bit chains and stuff lock around the screen, that'd be fancy. Or, maybe even kick the programming aspect up a notch and have Piper set up some if-then-else cases (or technically just cases) that trigger different voice lines and animations when under certain conditions; like say if they're registered as Nemesis it says something different, or if it's an ally etc. That'd be hella cool :D
