Before I do anything else, I want to thank [@ProPro] for giving me permission to run this power concept into a CS for this RP. [@Sickle-Cell], here is a CS for a secondary character.

Information
Name: Jackson Falls Cape Name: Gamble Theme Song:
Aspects
- High Concept: I Defy Your Odds Trouble: Wait, I Can Already Do This? Origin: My Debts Have Eyes Growth: The Past Can't Chain Me Adventure: Do You Feel Lucky, Punk?
Bio
Personality: Jackson is whimsical, carefree, and a bit of an idiot. He may be shrewd, but he's far from the brightest lamp in the store or sharpest tool in the shed. He's average, but Incredibly cocky and prone to causing trouble without even trying to. Inside he's a kind soul, with a soft spot for pretty and unique women, but he's a gambling addict with a thirst for the uphill battle. Spurn him and he'll only try all the harder to win you over. He tests his luck constantly, because he's so confident he'll come out ahead in the end. History: Jackson was anything but special his entire life. He barely graduated school, he could never play a sport well, he couldn't pick up an instrument... Simply put, he couldn't do a damn thing well. He glossed through life as a below average guy. After turning twenty five, and flunking out of college twice, he jumped aboard a family vacation to Vegas. The small meager sum of two hundred dollars was all he could try and turn into something great. And he did. A Lucky draw in Black Jack. A lucky drop in the roulette table. The slot stopped on Jackpot! He couldn't believe it he'd turned a few hundred into several thousand. The thrill! The rush! The attention! He needed more. A change so great he could have all of that all the time, and not be seen as an idiot with nowhere to go. He became addicted to gambling, losing more than he won. He'd lost his car betting on a high Ace in a poker game. Lost his grandfather's watch on a bad dice roll in a basement. Lost his apartment because he couldn't pay the rent. And then he found himself in debt to a gambling ring ran by several Parahuman villains. Big debt. They sent their goons collecting one cold night a few years ago. As he laid in the street, already battered and broken, a gun was pressed to his temple. Everything finally clicked into place as the hammer was pulled back, and the crushing despair fell upon him. A flash of light, the goons stumbling and shouting, gunfire... All he wanted in those final moments was to be able to nab the gun and shoot them all in the head at once. And he did. Instinctually he knew the odds had been astronomically out of his realm of possibility. That he could even get the gun with no training, to fire a single bullet just right to Ricochet just right through all of them... That was five years ago, and now he's 32 and goes by Gamble. He joined the PRT soon after the incident to gain protection from the villains he was sure wanted revenge for his debts and killing of their underlings. With the situation in Boston going south, he's been transferred to lend a hand.
Abilities
Numbers Game: Thinker 6 Gamble succeeds where the impossible exists. Pick up a gun and shoot your glasses off your face without knowing what gun he even has? Definitely. Knock out five people with a single hubcap in one throw? Easy. Hack into the PRT with his eyes closed? Here could do that in his sleep. The more improbable the result, the more potent he will succeed. He details what he wants to happen, and the power guides him from there. The major drawback is that this works best with things he doesn't know or doesn't know well, which fortunately for him is almost everything. However, years of duplicating actions will leave him with a slow learning of how to do such a task, and as such his ability weakens with specific tasks over the years.
