[@Old Amsterdam]I'll post the PRT goon handing him his orders tomorrow just before giving a proper description of the Circus for everyone involved. In addition to Anomaly's psych evaluation, and a bit more exposition for Conflux. I'm planning on her being the first major villain for the PCs because she has no faction, and every faction wants her taken down - some more than others. 

That said, 'planning' is a loose term at best. If she's dead inside a single post, I won't be surprised =P
