Squall III was an island group on this planet. Candor were crocodile like creatures, who lay up to 100 eggs per female. The eggs were often used by fancy restaurants as they were tricky to come by and their recipies were considered a delicassy for the richer people. To get to the eggs you had to first find a breeding mother. You had to chase the often fierce mother away from her nest. Magic was the best way to go for this. Then you had to carefully gather the eggs and carry them using protected cans, for the eggs were brittle and broke easily.
