[@DeadBeatWalking] may trade it with anyone on the same map tile as him if he wants to but he's currently in range of / protecting both everyone on squares B, C and D. If Hawkeye Harold moves out of the Mining Room then Father C will start taking sanity damage from being trapped in the dark ;)
