[@vancexentan] Guess the Grandr thing makes sense, it was kinda just flung around by Tohsaka a lot after all.  Hmm as for the association thing, maybe a sponsor from higher up in the association who has a thing for older types of magic?  Then they could give a good recommendation and hence put her higher up in the association despite automata type familiars losing their place in modern magecraft?
