Laphicet almost gave himself whiplash when both the forest guardian and Sunny made cat puns. If he wasn't so tired, he probably would have started screaming; he doesn't 'meow' unless he gets angry! Instead, the silver haired boy stuck his tongue out at the both of them. "I-I'm never...helping anyone...ever again." He said half-heartily, too tired to really mean it. As a familiar hand rested on his shoulder, Laphi turned to face Sunny who was smiling kindly down at him. A the mention of food, the child put a hand on his stomach and nodded slowly. "Food..." He echoed, sighing quietly at the thought of getting a good meal. He hadn't eaten since last night, so he was pretty hungry. When given the offer to go with Sunny, the child nodded almost immediately, slowly pulling himself up and letting Sunny pulling him up onto her back. Once situated, Laphi slowly placed his hands on her shoulders and rested his head beside her own. Letting out one more sigh, the boy quieted down and closed his eyes. It would have been hard to tell if he was asleep if it weren't for his ears twitching every now and then. Just as he was about to slip into unconsciousness, a faint whispering caught his attention, forcing him to sit up with a cranky look on his face. Was five minutes too much to ask for?
