[@Irredeemable] I haven't really fleshed 'em out so they're not in the standard races list, but they're definitely a thing in this universe. For reference you could check out the gnomes of the Dragonlance Chronicles books, they're eccentric small halfling-like beings with immense intellect and more than one social quirks, like ridiculously long and complicated names and talk so fast their version of common is basicly a sped up version with words mashed together.
