Jamie looked to Ferrin when he spoke to her, and for a moment, she was a little thrown by his words. Who would guess anything Phoenix related, on the first go? Yet she supposed she shouldn’t be surprised by a mage who appeared to be a young man but was over 400 years old- even if he hadn’t experienced all those years. She caught herself quite quickly, and smiled mischievously “Why dear Ferrin, we must all have our secrets. The name is [i]Phoenix Wing[/i] after all.” She said with a laugh, “Technically, we have. Although I wouldn’t call them pets. Stick about, and mayhaps you’ll get to meet them” 

If Ferrin had checked up on any, or all of the members of the guild, surely he’d know about Penny, at the very least. It wasn’t like she’d kept her Phoenix Slayer magic hidden during the Grand Magic Games. “Sadly, they aren’t Phoenix’s, although they wield the magic of one. The music is rather beautiful, isn’t it. Soulful, wouldn’t you say?” Jamie saw absolutely no reason to hide anything from guild members. 

Which was rather amusing, if you considered how long she had hidden her true gender from them all. Yet things were different now. And it was common knowledge, or it should be, about their Phoenix Slayer. No one, of course, knew of Ariel. Penny had done her best to make sure no word of Ariel escaped the guild, even from afar. Jamie glanced up to the roof, and sighed softly. “Far as I know, Phoenix’s are near extinct, as are the Phoenix Slayers. Which is right, I think, given the Phoenix Slayers true purpose” 

She gave a small shrug, “But you were going to go talk to our lovely Sasha”

Sasha pulled back after a few moments, still looking to Lazarus, and smiled. Things would work out, and they'd be back here... “I’ll rest the rest of the time when we’re back, okay?” She said, glancing over to Shujin when he joined them once more. 

“I hope you weren’t getting into trouble, Shujin” She said, frowning slightly, “You have wood splinters on you. What were you doing?” She asked, shifting, although still snuggling against Lazarus’s side.
