My character is in progress currently but now I have a question about the abilities of werewolves. Mainly now I'm just confused a bit by their shifting capabilities, which very well could be from my own misreading of everything so far(or the fact that right now I should probably go to sleep :lol) , but hopefully you can help clarify things for me.

Can non-alpha werewolves also fully shift and partially shift, just not to the extent their alpha can or are the pack members limited to just partially shifting or a slow full shift?
