[@KatherinWinter] It's a horse pulling a cart, not a carriage. He is riding the horse when he is traveling. I made it clear in the previous post, he got onto the horse. But there's no seat on the cart.

I guess that's not super typical, so I should have clarified that. :P Maybe I'll clarify it's what his own village did, so it's something specifically made with that in mind. (Though the horse wouldn't move regardless.)
