[@BrightSteel] Hey, Bright! Good to see that this RP has caught your interest. c: The character has an interesting premise, and I'm definitely a sucker for Tokyo Ghoul, haha. Unfortunately, however, this isn't a Tokyo Ghoul roleplay. A lot of the things derived from the anime wouldn't apply to this RP, or wouldn't make sense in some cases. I'd be more than happy to work with you on making a character (one that could be similar to a ghoul but not quite, if you'd like), but I'm afraid that I'll have to decline the character for the time being. 
Of course, if you just happened to paste your application to the wrong roleplay, that's perfectly fine too! I can roll with whatever.
