Charles didn't care really, he'd listen to the teacher's speech, nodding some to what he says, it was things that most of them should already know in regards to the quirk usage. Charles was told it throughout school years, as was all his previous classmates. Thus why they couldn't use their quirks in school until now. So it was bound they would all rely on their quirks this time around when they was finally given the freedom to use them since they normally couldn't. Charles wasn't sure why the teacher was pointing this out since it was obvious but he didn't bother complaining and instead just listened, especially when one of the other students asked the obvious question.
