Name: Hunter Monroe Appearance: Hunter is a Caucasian male who stands at about 5'10", with no real muscle build to him. His his is dark brown, shaggy, and is in need of any real grooming it can get. It's not necessarily long, but a decent hair cut wouldn't hurt either. Due to Hunter thinking he can do anything his hands are covered with scars and slight burns. Generally he wears T-shirts, cargo pants, and if if he needs a jacket it will be one with pockets. Most of his T-shirts are references to shows, movies, comics, or just gimmick shirts in general. He does own camouflage that he likes to wear from time to time, but for every day life he doesn't wear it a lot. He does have a thing for hats though, if he finds a hat he likes he will try to wear it for as long as possible. Or until he finds one he likes more. Age: 23 Birth State: Hunter was born in Central New York. He did a decent amount of traveling as a kid but for the most part he stayed close to there. When things started to get really bad he tried to work his way to family in Florida. He wasn't able to get very far with what he had. Family members: Hunter has a rather big Family, Five sisters, two brothers, more cousins then he can count, and a collection of aunts and uncles. Though most of his family is spread around the eastern half of the US his closest family members are in New York and Florida. As of this point in time, he took a gamble to get to his family in Florida thinking his family in New York were better off. Stubbornness only goes so far, how he is away from everyone. Role/Occupation: Hunter was a college student in basics, a little slow to start but one none the less. He worked part time at a cashiering job, and went to a few classes. Lived at home, rarely went out due to social issues, and pretended to know a lot about computers. Actually pretended to know about a lot of things. Though he pretends to know a lot of things and doesn't, it's not that he is lying, he falls under the "Jack of all trades master of none." He would be able to follow along with someone who knew how to do things, but he is extremely limited to what he can do on his own outside table top games like risk. Starting Fortune: -old pump action shotgun -Odds and ends of tools -A collection of random shells for the shotgun -About $237 in cash -Small car with a hatchback door

Strengths: Hunter has a few strength that help keep him alive. One is he can at least do minimal performance in most fields. He is also a decent liar, to others and himself. He has the ability to convince himself that things are not as bad as they seem in many cases. He knows how to safely use firearms and can fire then pretty accurately. He also tends to have a caring heart, meaning he will try to protect people when he can reasonably pull it off. Weaknesses: hunter is scared of close to everything. Spiders, loud noises, the dark, not clowns though. He is normally able to hide his feelings about his fears, but it can be seen in his actions when he hesitates. He also has an issues with human internals. Not blood so much, but organs, muscle, all of that fun stuff. It's a little easier on the dead since it's mostly useless for them. But on the living, he may pass out. He also has pretty harsh social issues. So he may have issues trying to talk to people, even when there are only a couple left in the world. Another rather major weakness of his would be he thinks he can do more then he actually can. For example, he may be able to tell what is wrong with a car, but he would have no idea how to fix it. He would try anyways. Most of the skills he has mastered are considered basic at best though, he can do basic shooting, basic cleaning, driving, things like that. Nothing too complicated. Greatest Fear: Hunter's biggest fear is death. He is scared to die, and he is scared of how he will die. And scared of being forgotten. Background/History: Hunter was raised in a military family, with a third of his family being in some form of the armed services. Because of this, he has known how to handle a firearm most of his life. Unlike a lot of his family though, he never joined any armed forces, and he never went hunting. Most of his time with firearms was spent on the shooting range. Hunter's household specifically had been split at a young age. He personally didn't care a lot, but it never helped with finances. Even when things seemed to be good, they started to go get worse not long after. He always had what he needed to get by though. Even if it was lower quality then the kids around him. Once at the age of 19 he moved onto school with mixed results, talking only a couple classes at a time so he could still hold down a job. In doing so though he had enough to pay for a car, some decent computer equipment, and the books he needed for school. He spent his life like this for years, working, school, pretending to sleep as he found something simple to do online. Basic collage life. When things started to get bad he decided to make a break for it, pulling together what cash he could get his hands on and gathering what supplies he could fit into his car, he set out on the road to find his family in Florida. In his head the family he had in New York were better off. They had more guns, more people, and more supplies. His family in Florida were fewer, and had a lot less to them. On his way out he was able to obtain an old shotgun (Legally an antique a few years from this date as a fun fact), it was a gun that had once belonged to his grandfather. It could hold most any 12 gauge round in it, and it had already survived the test of time. He felt ready to take on the world. A few weeks later he ran out of gas trying to avoid road blocks. He refuses to go far from his car out of fear he will need some supplies he can't carry with him, so most of his time is spent gathering fuel to move his car little by little. Sometimes he will be stopped for weeks at a time waiting for bad events to pass or having trouble finding gas or food, working up the nerve to go further from his only familiar place to him. At this point in time he isn't trying to get to his family, at this point he is trying to make sure he can hold out himself. He figures at this point they are either alive or they are not.
