[@The Angry Goat] I meant a decidedly evil creature for a church group was odd. =P Not the creature itself, just the context it'd have in this particular setting. [@Draken] Leviathans are totally bamf monster dudes, sea dragons or GIANT SQUID, and actually they can be really terrifying because you can't see them. Also tentacles. [@Lovejoy] I'm totally game for a non-fire phoenix. I like the idea of an ether-phoenix, a pure magic construct. Actually that appeals to me on multiple levels. And maybe it's less fire-hued and while bright, tends more towards yellow-white with highlights of various colors -- like blue for (most) human ether. Now I wanna draw this! *flails* but I'm trying to draw Ziotea's armor as a ref, and...*flailing* [@Drakey] Actually, I have a concern about Madrys. If the core is a foot in diameter, and if Madrys herself is a big metal wolf, and if one vial of ether lasts her 2-4 hours...how many vials of ether would Rodion have to pack to bring with him? *concerned* Unless perhasp she herself transforms into some sort of vehicle that runs off a more standard steam-ether engine.
