Would it be alright if I do a char with some degree of control over cold weather, nothing that would solve the weeping winter by itself. It would also be a bit villainous. Not that it is outright hostile to anyone, but it is carnivorous and has a taste for humans on occasion though that is not it's sole diet. If this is not suitable for the RP, I've got a another idea.
